I’ve spent my career sitting between government and business, reading regulatory change on one side and translating it into policy, guidance and process that a organisations and businesses can act on.

With 10+ years in policy and advocacy roles, I've worked directly with Ministers, officials and industry to shape legislation and regulatory outcomes, and turned those outcomes into practical guidance for boards and operators who need to comply and keep running a business at the same time.

I understand how decisions get made, where companies get regulation wrong, and how to translate government jargon into day-to-day operating consequences. The focus is pragmatic: identify grey areas, assess risk, strengthen credibility, and help leaders and founders move faster with confidence.
